DEL is inspired by the aero code for Delhi and is an all-day bistro with changing menus at every meal time.
With a seating capacity of 132 the bistro offers a choice of both indoor and alfresco dining along with a posh private dining room that can accommodate up to 18 persons and opens to a sky lounge ideal to host corporate and social gatherings. A hospitality graduate from Rai University and a Post Graduate from West London College, Executive Sous Chef Anuj Wadhawan has over 10 years of culinary experience.
Chef Anuj started his career with Strand Palace Hotel, London and eventually moved to Olive Bar and Kitchen in New Delhi where he spent five years creating chef d’oeuvres.
Chef has also been a part of the opening team at ‘Tresind’ a modern Indian restaurant in Dubai, and has many laurels to his feat.
Some of his prominent culinary milestones include a sit down dinner for Virgin stores magnate Sir Richard Branson, and stagier at 35th world ranking and double Michelin star winning restaurant André in Singapore.
