Sous Chef Bhushan started his culinary journey with Oberoi, Udaipur after completing his HM studies from Food craft Institute, Pune.
Chef Bhushan is a culinary expert with over 8 years’ experience in the industry and has been associated with brands like Oberoi, Westin, Sheraton and Le Meridian.
Sous Chef Bhushan moved to Le Meridian Dubai in 2013, where he worked in Geales, speciality grill and sea food restaurant as Chef de’ Partie. He developed some intensive interest for grilling during his experience here and since then has continued to invent and grow in this style of cooking.
Bhushan has been an integral part of the menu planning for Ignite. Three months of intensive research and development finally resulted in this exhilarating international menu. As per bhushan Ignite signature marinades indigenously prepared in the ignite kitchen are the USP of the restaurant. These marinades coupled with some tender high quality meats and the smoky flavor from the customized 6 meter live grill is sure to excite punes gastronomy experts.
One of his personal favorites the “BBQ glazed baby pork ribs” has been included as the signature dish of the restaurant. Baby pork ribs slow cooked overnight to get the perfect “off bone” texture will be something he will suggest every guest that walks in.
