Delight your senses at EEST, and savour the authentic Chinese flavours specially selected from provinces throughout China—some revitalised, others simply restored to offer what is current today, whilst still retaining a respect for history and authenticity of original dishes. In striking a balance between strong Chinese culinary roots and the natural exchanges that are creating a cultural melting pot in Asia today, you will also find distinctive options from Japan, Thailand and Korea all under one roof. The emphasis is always on authentic flavours, fresh and unique ingredients, and creative presentations that engage all the senses in a chic, sensuous atmosphere.

Sip on several varieties of deliciously light or earthy Chinese tea at the tea bar, featuring a large plate-glass window through which EEST's talented chefs can be observed at the range. Try one of the many sakes from our extensive list at the private sushi bar to seat 12, where you can watch the sushi chef carefully creating his orders. With five private-themed dining rooms—three Chinese, one Japanese, and one Thai—plus a large semi-private main dining room with Asian décor and partial metal walls lending added privacy, EEST offers the ideal setting for any occasion.

Chef Kanchit Vongvichai, Chef De Cuisine at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi has been often described as calm, versatile and meticulous. In his role, Chef Kanchit Vongvichai plays a fundamental role at EEST kitchen, authentic Asian venue as Thai masterchef

Chef Kanchit Vongvichai is extremely passionate about Thai cuisine and has over the years mastered the divergent cooking style that keeps guests coming back for more.

Prior to joining The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, Chef Kanchit Vongvichai  was  associated with renowned MAKMAK  Thai restaurant in  Montreal, Canada as the master Thai Chef.

Chef Kanchit Vongvichai posses over 30 years of  culinary experience and has worked with some of the superlative hospitality chains and food and beverage brands in the world including ISDA  (Hyderabad), Vongwong (Mumbai), Ego Thai (New Delhi), Sofitel Wanda Chengdu (Sichuan), Miniburi (Colombia), Best Western Fortune (Thailand) and many more.
