Popularly known as Chef Bhatia in the hospitality and culinary world, Chef Nimish Bhatia started his culinary journey in 1989. With over 26 Years of association with Culinary / F&B Management & Leadership Management Experience in Leading World Class Hotels and Restaurant’s and have had progressive & challenging career. Chef Bhatia is renowned for his culinary skills and his exceptionally high standards in the kitchen and at the table.
His last assignment was as ‘Corporate Executive Chef’ for The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group where he was the Culinary Head for eleven hotels, palaces and resorts and also driving up-coming projects and pre-openings. Chef Nimish Bhatia was spearheading avant-garde Food & Beverage concepts, Culinary Designs for varied restaurants and events.
Chef Bhatia was also a part of Foodistan where top Indian and Pakistani Chefs represented with NDTV Good Times and have done many short ones in various times.
A ‘people’s person’, Chef Bhatia cherishes his connect with his guests over the years. He is also a member of La Chaine de Rotisseurs which is the most reputed gastronomic society globally.
La Chaine de Rotisseurs awarded him with a couple of medallions.IFCA (Indian Federation of Culinary Associations) and World Chefs Society awarded ‘Culinary Greatness Award 2012’ and recently top of all ‘Culinary Leadership Award 2015’ for his contributions to the Gastronomic society.
