About the Restaurant

Kainoosh, is a contemporary Indian restaurant, located in the plush and upmarket, DLF Emporio - Promenade Complex. The restaurant opened in February 2010 to high acclaims. Kainoosh is a beautiful synergy of culinary gastronomy and stunning ambience. The restaurant is a labyrinth of culinary art, age-old traditions, creative vision and elegant presentation. The menu has been crafted keeping both Indian and foreign tastes in mind - a confluence between the old and the new.

Kainoosh is the culmination of all the research by Marut Sikka put into the Indian cuisine for over a decade.

The dishes in the menu take inspiration from -
'India Over the Ages' and emcompasses Indian food that our master chefs have made over the centuries, including some recipes, which have been handed down as a legacy. In all earnestness, we have tried to preserve these authentic Indian flavours and interpreted them to the best of our ability.

'India 21st Century'
is an interpretation and tribute to all the young chefs who have worked to amalgamate an international flavour to Indian Cusine and put it on a global
platform - the proud feeling of being a young global Indian.

In most of these dishes we at Kainoosh have adopted a dual cooking process to give the dishes special flavour and texture, but at the same time preserving certain original flavours.
