Paying homage to true, rustic Italian gastronomy, the menu at Maritime by San Lorenzo comprises San Lorenzo’s signature dishes, from Risotto with prawns and courgettes to tagliata of chicken breast with balsamic sauce. Chef Anirudhya Roy is an enthusiastic and motivated chef and leader with extensive professional experience. He and his team work meticulously to create a distinct combination ingredients and spices, which have both, character and depth. The food he creates is straight from the heart and is a visual and gastronomic treat for the diner. His style of cuisine is influenced by our heritage, the shepherds of Rajasthan, cooks of Royal families, Indian master chefs, Chef's in London, Italian chefs and loads of other people who intentionally or otherwise inspired him.
Chef Roy's creations are personalized and are a reflection of places he has been to, people he has interacted with and international stalwarts like Anton Mosimann, Gordon Ramsey, Richard Neat.
