Food for me is an expression of what I am, who I am and where I come from. The food I bring to you from Thailand is very region specific , with each region bringing its own unique texture, flavor & ingredients. The taste of the food always differs from the street to the restaurant to the home.

As a young child I was always in the kitchen helping my mother and learning from her. I owe my skills and knowledge to her which is why my cooking is very ‘home style’. I share the memory of my mother through my food. With my cooking I wish to bring to you the opportunity to make memories – of authentic, home style Thai food, just as my cooking brings forth the fond memories of my mother & her food.”
