Manoj Goel

Varq is a modern Indian gourmet dining experience serving art on a plate to compliment art on the Walls.

Varq is part of Chef Oberoi’s masala cuisine concept, which reinvents Indian food with new techniques, innovative plated presentations and organic produce and spices, while evolving traditional Indian recipes for contemporary palate.

Named for India’s exotic edible gold leaf, Modern crockery by Thomas Keller, elegant presentations, balanced meals and true Indian Flavors, Varq is the features of this new wave Indian restaurant.

The 32-year-old Chef Manoj Successfully orchestrates Gourmet experiences at Varq every single day. Delhi’s very own boy with 12 years of experience in hospitality industry, has his own way of presenting the Indian food in an artistic manner with his personal touches.

Chef Manoj went through extensive training sessions in contemporary Indian cuisine with Grand Master Chef Hemant Oberoi in Mumbai, and learnt the finer ways of presenting Indian cuisine. He aspires to take Indian cuisine to global heights and is recently back from a fortnight long trip to Lugano in Switzerland to present Varq to a panel of well seasoned palates.

Allow him to introduce you to the finer aspects of gourmet dining and take you on a memorable journey of flavors.
