Sous Chef Ramandeep Kukreja heads the culinary team at the Indian specialty restaurant, Riwaz , at The Ritz Carlton hotel, Bangalore. B.Sc graduate in the Hospitality and hotel Management from institute of HM&CT Shimla, he is a distinction holder in Post Graduate Diploma in Kitchen Management from the finest Hospitality institution the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. He was associated with the Oberoi’s for 10yrs. His contribution to the Indian Food Promotion in Schloss Elmau in Germany was well appreciated by the guest. He was Chef in charge at the 360, Oberoi New Delhi.
His areas of expertise are North Indian Cuisine, Global Cuisine, handling Food and Beverage operations. He is passionate about his work, believes in teamwork, striving for perfection are the qualities which encourages him deliver the best of him at work.
