Cellar Door Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. We are in the business of providing restaurant reservations which may incur a booking fee. Under this policy:

·      Cancellations will be considered up to 12 hours before your reservation time. You will be able to cancel your reservation during an event from the ‘My Reservations’ section until that time. Email requests may be entertained but will not suffice as a cancellation.

·      If you cancel up to 12 hours before the reservation, your entire meal price + applicable taxes and charges will be refunded via the payment gateway within 21 working days of the reservation date. However, the convenience fee of INR 50 per person is non-refundable even if you cancel in time.

·      If you wish to cancel your reservation within 12 hours of your reservation time please email [email protected] or let the restaurant know when they call you to re-confirm your reservation. However, you will forfeit the entire amount paid online i.e. meal price + applicable taxes & charges, and per person convenience fee.

·      As we provide restaurant reservations, we are unable to refund your convenience fee unless the restaurant does not honour your reservation. In that case, please email us on [email protected] and we will process your refund within 21 working days.
