Cancellation Policy

Desi Restaurant Week Events Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. We are in the business of providing restaurant reservations which may incur a booking fee. Under this policy:
•    Cancellations will be considered up to 24 hours before your reservation time. You will be able to cancel your reservation during an event from the My Reservations section.
•    If you cancel up to 24 hours before the reservation your entire booking fee will be refunded.
•    If you wish to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your reservation time please email [email protected] However, you will forfeit the entire booking fee.


Refund Policy

As we provide restaurant reservations, we are unable to refund your booking fee unless the restaurant does not honour your reservation. In that case please email us on [email protected] and we will process your refund within 21 working days.
