Chef Praveen Shetty has been with Hilton Chennai since June 2010, and manages a kitchen team of 80. Hailing from Mangalore in Karnataka, Indian cuisine holds a special place in Chef Shetty’s heart. He has been instrumental in launching the restaurants at Hilton Chennai, designing menus and bringing innovative preparation and presentation methods to the table.
Chef Shetty has designed the RWI menu to present the best of Ayna’s North Indian, South Indian and signature dishes.
