With an experience of over 13 years, Chef Debdas, heads the Indian specialty restaurant - Jamavar as the Chef De Cuisine at The Leela Palace, Chennai. Having passed out of Shri Shakti college of Hotel Management – Hyderabad, with a Diploma in Culinary, Chef has been associated with varied 5 star hospitality chains in India and overseas. Specializing in Rajasthani and South Indian cuisines, Chef Debdas has an all-round experience in intricate cuisine preparation and kitchen management.
