About the Restaurant

There are no “twists”, no fusion, and no short-cuts at Artusi Ristorante the new high end fine dining place in GK II M-Block Market in South Delhi. The Owners and the Chefs hail from Northern Italy. The restaurant focuses on: traditional and completely home-made Italian cuisine prepared as they do it in Italy. The Emilia Romagna region (that’s where the owners are from) is famous for their pastas. At Artusi Ristorante they prepare their outstanding hand-made Pasta from scratch every day and they use highest quality ingredients only, just like they did  Italy in the old days. But the restaurant also features an extensive range of Risottos, Meats, Fish, Seafood, Salads, Vegetables, and some amazing Desserts. – 
Very impressive is also their list of wines and spirits. Chef Romina Lugaresi

Romina has been at the helm of kitchens in the Americas, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and India for more than twenty years. Throughout all these years she has been focusing on one cuisine only: the cuisine of her native land Emilia-Romagna. And, she is not only a very talented executive chef, she is also the creator of many acclaimed dessert dishes. Romina was born and grew up in the same village in Emilia-Romagna like the owners’ family. Romina has been a founding force at ARTUSI Ristorante and continues to leverage her creativity and talent to continuously improve the culinary experience at ARTUSI Ristorante.
