Skillfully prepared by our Brazilian Chef, the platters are served at the table from the frame grill on spears, making it exceptional specialty dining experience.
Wildfire is uniquely inspired by pure Brazilian culinary influences from the Amerindian and Portuguese foods to the recipes of immigrants from Europe, Africa and Middle East and Asia. From exquisite seafood and meats to succulently cooked fruits and vegetables carefully paired with more than 150 varieties of New and Old World wines from the restaurant dedicated wine cellar, or with a Caipirinha made up of cachaca(rum), Brazil’s national drink , Wildfire has enough to keep you wanting more.
The theme of the restaurant is amber-emphasized throughout the interiors. Rich maroon and gold dominate the décor and columns while fireballs and a glass façade too are among the signature style elements.
Wildfire Churrascaria menu offers – Our Famous five (five different meats), Our Incredible Seven (seven different meats) Exclusive Premium selection (Nine varieties of meat) and Vegetarian Delicacies (Seven Different veg item. All these four elaborate unlimited servings in the menu are accompanied with selection of soups and salad buffet.
