Amiel Guerin is the Executive Chef in charge of the 3 Cafe Noir kitchen Teams. After 5 years of catering school in France, with training periods in Spain, England and all around France, Amiel obtained his HND degree and worked at Boston (US) for a gastronomic French restaurant as well for two different high standard Brasseries in Nantes (France) before discovering the Indian foods at Mumbai and running the kitchens of Cafe Noir in Bangalore.Bruno Lefrancois is the Executive Pastry & Bakery Chef of the Cafe Noir Restaurants. With more than 15 years of experience across Europe, Bruno is a Master in the prestigious French Association of "the Compagnons du Devoir". This 800 years old Institution represents the highest- skills vocational and educational Guild, rich in culture and humanity. He works as Executive Pastry Chef in Switzerland, Belgium and obviously in Paris before coming to India 3 years ago to launch the Cafe Noir Bakery & Pastry Production Center and enjoy our customers with his Awarded French Fine Pastries,
