Senior Master Chef George has honed the culinary art for more than three decades. He started his career with ITC Hotels at ITC Windsor. An asset to the hotel, Chef George mastered the culinary finesse over the years in ITC Windsor.
His eye for detail, the vast knowledge on the subject and a rendition of a culinary fare that exemplified authenticity and diversity led him to get trained by the Master Chefs of ITC Hotels into the specialized cuisine of Dakshin and since then he has mastered the subtle nuances of the authentic coastal and regional specialties of Southern Peninsula
