Chef K.M Srinevasu

Senior Master Chef K.M. Srinivasu-with 25 years of experience Chef Srini as he is affectionately called, has been involved in the research and development of heritage cuisines of India. His culinary creativity has witnessed the birth of specialized cuisine based on geographical regions like Hyderabad, Lucknow and Rampur; and time based periods like Awadhi cuisine during the last stages of the Nawabi rulers. After gaining priceless experience and been trained exclusively for Dum Pukht cuisine, Chef Srini took charge as Master Chef of ITC Windsor’s fine dining restaurant – Dum Pukht Jolly Nabobs. What makes his food an unmitigated success is that he always presents an unexplored dimension of the cuisine . Patrons of Dum Pukht Jolly Nabobs swear by the culinary skills of Chef Srini.
