Senior Master Chef K.M. Srinivasu-with 25 years of experience Chef Srini as he is affectionately called, has been involved in the research and development of heritage cuisines of India. His culinary creativity has witnessed the birth of specialized cuisine based on geographical regions like Hyderabad, Lucknow and Rampur; and time based periods like Awadhi cuisine during the last stages of the Nawabi rulers.
