About the Restaurant

High Ultra Lounge is spread over more than 10,000 square feet and located on the Roof top of the World Trade Center, Bangalore. High Ultra Lounge is a modern Asian bar and restaurant that is based on the theme of “timelessness”. The USP of the lounge is the panoramic view of the city that can be experienced at a height of 421 feet, making it the highest point for a food and beverage destination in India, outside of Mumbai. High Ultra Lounge looks to redefine the lounge bar experience by focusing on superlative ambiance, modern pan Asian cuisine, world-class mixology and personalized service.

The lounge has been divided into four zones to give guests a sense of exclusivity and different experiences each time they visit the venue.

HIGH View is a space to catch the last rays of the sun.

HIGH Edge is a private party area.

HIGH Dine is an open-to-sky dining area.

HIGH Mix is a high energy lounge space.

The team is led by Gaurav Megra , General Manager , Chef Zhang Hao, and  Guruprashanth, Director-Bar.

Chef Zhang Hao

Chef Zhang Hao has a vibrant personality that loves to create surprise elements in his dishes to WOW the customers, be it in terms of flavor or presentation.

Appointed as the Executive Chef at High Ultra Lounge he comes with more than twelve years of experience around the globe.

 Chef Hao has sharpened his knife skills at properties such as Zuma in Miami USA, Traders Hotel Male, Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, InterContinental Dubai Festival City, Abela & Co. LLC in the UAE and the Shihua Hotel Group in Liaoning China.

Chef has always upped his level of performance each time he has signed up for a new role. After his graduation from the Liaoning Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, Chef Hao was resolute with his decision to explore the world of culinary being. With much interest and zest, he began his journey to understand different palates and cuisines.

Today, with his sheer grit and expertise, he is able to bring a perfect blend of ingredients to the table that can take anyone on a gastronomic journey of flavours.

Travelling to places far & wide and meeting people from diverse cultures is a leisure pursuit to Chef Hao.
