Born in the religious hub, Banaras .Rishikesh Rai began his culinary experience as a helper in his grandmother's kitchen, and learned the art of cooking and the use of spices from her. At the age of 12, he started cooking for a cause in an orphanage. Studied from the famous Banaras Hindu University young Rishi joined the Taj hotels. Later started working in Barbeque (present Masala Klub), the passion and zeal to innovate became bigger and launched Masala Klub with the contemporary touch. Travelled across the globe for many Indian food festivals organized by Taj hotels.
Chef Bharat will be available in the absence of Chef Rishikesh.
