Sitting right under the sky with stars shining over, with your favorite Asian food in front – We welcome you at OKO – The Rooftop Pan Asian restaurant at The Lalit Ashok. With a mix of contemporary Pan Asian orientation and huge bay windows overlooking the sprawling golf course and city’s highest tower, guests can treat themselves to a plate of their favorite sushi under the dim blue lighting in dining are with wooden cylinders hanging from ceiling and intimate seating. Ever since it started operating, OKO has been one of the hot topics of conversation among the culinary circuit of the city.

Master Chef Subodh Goyal along with Chef in charge - Chef Sanjeev Roy, Thai Master chef – Chef Paitoon Panphan and Chinese Master Chef – Chef Lee Paul have specially conceptualized the Oko menu dining which is combination of Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese & Malaysian food. The menu and the restaurant are designed to provide privacy, unmatched product and ultimate luxury to an evolved elitist class of guests who have a taste of the finest restaurants and surroundings.

This is the opinion of Chef Subodh Goyal who believes in precision and innovation with the blend of traditional and modern cooking techniques. Starting his profession with Holiday Inn group that gave him a direction to walk with lots of dream and courage, Chef Goyal is now an Executive Chef at The Lalit Ashok & is specialized in Indian Cuisines.

Chef Subodh Goyal is a graduate in Hospitality Management & has been recently promoted as Executive Chef because of his dedication towards his work, thinking innovative tricks of cooking & presenting the menu full of surprising delights.

He joined The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in 2007 after his successful assignment at Taj Krishna Hyderabad as Sous Chef.
