He is a distinction holder in Post Graduate Diploma in Kitchen Management from the finest Hospitality institution the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. He was associated with The Oberoi group for 11yrs. He was invited by the Schloss Elmau, Germany for the cultural exchange of views, ideas and cuisine. His contribution for the Food Promotion at Schloss Elmau was very well appreciated by the guest. He was Chef in charge at the 360 degree (Multi cuisine restaurant) at The Oberoi Hotel, New Delhi. His last assignment with the Oberoi group was as Chef at The Oberoi Udaivilas. He has been awarded as certified departmental trainer by the Oberoi Group.
His areas of expertise are North Indian Cuisine, Global Cuisine, handling Food and Beverage operations. He is passionate about his work, believes in teamwork, striving for perfection are the qualities which encourages him deliver the best of him at work.
