About the Restaurant

Shiro, or castle in Japanese, is a dramatic soaring space that immediately captures the imagination and stretches the senses. Shiro offers an organic blend of cuisines, signature cocktails, culture and service from all over Asia clubbed with carefully curated music to render the ultimate entertainment and dining experience.

Inspired by the fiery orient, the menu offers an eclectic mix of Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese and Thai gastronomy that includes a wide range of sushi, sashimi and Cantonese dim sum to tempt even the most discerning of palates. If that doesn’t appeal to you, then perhaps the entertainment at one of it’s live Teppanyaki tables might.

The signature cocktails here come with an Asian twist complemented by a substantial wine list. With food and drinks being a class apart, one can’t miss on noticing the exceptional service which brings together the natural charm and dignity of the region with the best of international standards.

Shiro possesses an uncanny cultural visual harmony that is all its own. Full of mystery and surprise, Shiro provides guests with a larger than life fantasy that is unforgettable and keeps you coming back for more.

Having won 19 awards across the country over the last eight years, including The Times Food Guide’s Best Pan Asian Restaurant in Mumbai this year, the brand speaks for itself.
