About the Restaurant

Baluchi, the signature Pan Indian destination has set the bar when it comes to authentic Indian curries and meats, marinated with rare herbs and exotic spices. A special attraction of the restaurant is the Naanery i.e. the bread bar offering a selection of artisanal breads baked the classic Indian way in an iron tandoor instead of the universally used clay tandoor.
The Restaurant’s wine cellar features a range of old and new world wines, that can be paired with the bread & chutney combination for an authentic Baluchi Rhapsody!
Those rushed for time can go for the Express Lunch Thali.

Baluchi has set a wonderfully high standard when it comes to authentic Indian cooking. Chef Satyabir Singh Tyagi has many artistic culinary tricks up his sleeve that are backed by years of experience and his passion to experiment. Not only does Baluchi excel in presenting the most flavoursome dishes, including but definitely not restricted to the Dahi Kebabs and Afghani Nalli Nihari, but Chef Tyagi also ensures that the nutritional value is kept intact during preparation. Our parting note- the Dal Baluchi needs to go on everyone's culinary bucket list!

Chef Tyagi

With decades of cullinary experience in India and abroad, Chef Tyagi’s skills come from heart felt experiences and his own fondness for Mughlai cuisine. He likes to play with ingredients and prepares his own herbs and spices. From marinations to roasts its all perfect… no wonder his kitchen serves grub connoiseurs talk about.
