About the Restaurant
A gastronomic repertoire of meats, seafood and poultry from around the world, The Grill Room offers a selection of premium cuts from Japan & USA. Each dish in the menu is carefully crafted by our Master Chef and paired with wine by our French sommelier Charles Donnadieu. An unmatched 360 degree view of Delhi from the restaurant located on the 28th floor rooftop adds to the dining experience.
Chef Virender Singh
Chef Virender Singh comes with over eleven years of experience. Over the years, he has established himself as an experienced Chef in fine dining and bespoke culinary experience.
Completing his college from Dadar Catering College, Mumbai in 2005, Chef Virender Singh started his first job at the Hyatt Regency in New Delhi in 2005. In the year 2009, he moved to The Royal Mirage hotel in Dubai. He then moved on to Auma restaurant, the multi-cuisine restaurant chain run by Hero Motors, where he was the opening Chef for both Kashmir and Srinagar outlets.
In 2014, he moved to The Lalit New Delhi as the Sous Chef at The Grill Room. Since then he has been associated with The Grill Room till date.
