Chef Virender Singh comes with over eleven years of experience. Over the years, he has established himself as an experienced Chef in fine dining and bespoke culinary experience.
Completing his college from Dadar Catering College, Mumbai in 2005, Chef Virender Singh started his first job at the Hyatt Regency in New Delhi in 2005. In the year 2009, he moved to The Royal Mirage hotel in Dubai. He then moved on to Auma restaurant, the multi-cuisine restaurant chain run by Hero Motors, where he was the opening Chef for both Kashmir and Srinagar outlets.
In 2014, he moved to The Lalit New Delhi as the Sous Chef at The Grill Room. Since then he has been associated with The Grill Room till date.
