About the Restaurant

After tantalizing taste buds in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, ITC Hotels’ signature Indian culinary brand, K&K debuts in the capital at the WelcomHotel Dwarka, New Delhi. An exclusive Indian restaurant showcasing scrumptious, heritage cuisine fine-tuned through years of research by the celebrated chefs of ITC’s hotels, K&K captures the originality and evolution of multiple cooking styles to create great curries alongwith the most exquisite kebabs in the land, in a comfortable and earthy ambience.

From the food secrets of Lucknow to the heritage recipes of Hyderabad and the knowledge concealed in numerous manuscripts in various libraries, the culinary research team at ITC Hotels spanned the entire length and breadth of the country, rediscovering India’s culinary history. This translated into an exceptional re-imagined menu based on the four authentic styles of cooking kebabs and four styles of making curries across the four main ingredients: Vegetarian, Seafood, Lamb and Chicken. The unique menu compilation offers the guest not just their choice of ingredient but also their preference of the cooking style of kebabs (Tava, Angethi, Tandoor and Kofte) and four styles of curries- Qalia, Qorma, Salan and do Piyazza. Some rare delights include the rice flour based Shahi Tukra Asal and exotic Gulab ki Kheer.

The interiors of the restaurant complement the cuisine. The restaurant steps leads guests through a beautifully hand crafted wooden door into a mystical, almost surreal walkway flanked by a metallic artwork illuminated with the natural light of hundreds of candles. The bar area with a backdrop of these lights offers casual lounge seating to savor the finest malts & spirits. The lighting itself is a visual spectacle wherein the flickering glow emanating from wax candles aligns itself to the shimmering beads. An enchanting ambience coupled with a rich culinary experience, the restaurant’s platter of offerings entices the guests to visit the restaurant over and over to unravel and experience its gastronomic mysteries.

The fare at K&K is a coming together of ancient culinary secrets, long forgotten herbs and exotic flavours to pamper the palate. It presents a symphony of flavourful curries and delicious Kebabs. It is a melting pot of innumerable new dishes which originated throughout Central Asia and ultimately found a home in India.

ITC’s tradition of culinary excellence is reflected in its globally acknowledged Indian restaurant brands Bukhara (serving the acclaimed Indian North West Frontier Cuisine), Dum Pukht (the Grand Cuisine of India) and Dakshin (the celebrated culinary tastes of South India)
