About the Restaurant

Kiyan: Dusit Devarana's 'World Cuisine' restaurant

"Kiyan, as the name aptly suggests and it's zen like setting, is truly an oasis under the 'Sky'. Our very own World Cuisine restaurant, but with a deliberate European bias both in terms of cuisine and fine dining experience.

With every plate being a piece of art, select organic and home grown vegetables, free range meats, every dish on the menu has our chef Nishant's signature

Inspired by the hues of the 'Sky', Kiyan's culinary philosophy changes by the hour, from a wholesome fine dining Brasserie at dawn, to a sun kissed breezy yet warm table d'hôtel luncheon. Move on to a lazy, opulent afternoon tea in the woods, to finally a spectacular starlit fine dining experience.

Kiyan offers the very best of what our very own 'Dili' was. It's as if we have rolled back the clock, at Devarana."

The presence of grand pillars and water bodies at Dusit Devarana’s all-day restaurant lend a soothing & ethereal feel. Kiyan is one of the very few restaurants that can carry the mantle of “Multi-cuisine” with such aplomb. The restaurant serves cuisines from around the globe, yet each dish remains true to its identity. The menu may not be extensive but the flavours exceed expectations.
