Chef Emiliano di Stefano

Chef Emiliano Di Stefano is the newest addition to The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi family, as the Chef De Cuisine -Italian at the hotel’s renowned Californian style Italian venue, ‘Prego’.

Chef Emiliano bears with him 8 years of experience as an Italian Chef De Cuisine and has an illustrious culinary career having worked past working with many-a celebrated and wide- reaching restaurants and hotels globally.

‘Venice Hotel’ in China, ‘Intercontinental Hotel’, Muscat and ‘Hotel Executive’’, Italy are amongst the many eminent hotels and restaurants where Chef Emiliano has pioneered the art of Italian cookery.Chef Emiliano has also served as a successful Pastry and Sous chef .

In addition to Italian cuisine, he also has strong roots in Mediterranean and Western- International foods.

Chef describes himself as a food aficionada, with a special affinity for even Indian dishes. Whilst he is a flourishing cook, he is also a team player. Having been bestowed with a throng of responsibilities that relied on strong leadership skills and the virtues of managing a team, Chef Emiliano has been able to develop strong social, directional and disciplinarian skills.

Chef Emiliano is a strong believer in offering products to guests which are only of the finest quality, accompanied by gratitude and prime service. Chef is an avid reader and when away from work, likes to lend his time to his passion for physical training.
