Chef Sanjay Chowdhury is the Chef & Director-Dining Experience at QLA. He carries over two decades of experience working with luxury hotels to fine standalone restaurants around the world. He also headed the kitchen brigade of a luxury cruise liner in the United States besides having cross trained at a three Michelin star restaurant in France to further enhance his culinary repertoire. Chef’s diverse experience together with world’s best produce and intricate presentations result in an unparallel dining experience where contemporary European food reflects a fine balance of skill and art.
