Only after a thorough research on local herbs, spices, and other ingredients that go into traditional Thai cuisine was the restaurant established. As the Executive Chef of Vivanta by Taj – Gurgaon, Chef Neeraj Chaudhry creates unique dining experiences for our guests and visitors alike. A graduate from IHM Kolkata, Chef Neeraj has perfected his art across leading hotel chains in Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Colombo, Lucknow and Chandigarh before taking on his current assignment at Vivanta By Taj - Gurgaon.
His avant-garde creations reflect the ‘bon vivant’ attitude of brand “Vivanta by Taj” adding life and a dash of freshness to modern cooking replete with vibrant colours and a distinct burst of flavours. His understated style evokes curiosity and teases the palate exhibiting his privileged repertoire of skill.
Like any artist he feels most at home when practicing his craft and keeps urging his team to raise the bar in culinary excellence.
