With more than 14 years of experience in F&B production, Chef Boby’s culinary journey has been an intensive one with several 4 and 5 star hotels and cruise liners. With strong communication skills, he builds internal and external audience. He has experiences in dietary department and also high volume fine dining experience with United Kingdom celebrity chef MARCO PIER WHITE.
