Chef Jatin has over a decade of experience in all facets of culinary art and management for hotels and restaurants. An exemplary chef specializing in Indian and European cusine, with an exceptional record of service and international experience.
Having started his career with Taj Residency, Bangalore, Jatin went on to head the culinary wing of a famous restaurant chain in the UK before returning to India and opening multiple speciality cuisine stand-alone restaurants in India. Chef Jatin's career has been a progressive education where he travelled across the globe to gain knowledge of culture and cuisine. He excels in creativity and leading large multitudes of people and also possesses a sharp business acumen.
A veteran in the industry, Jatin has had the distinction of winning multiple accolades and awards including the Savvy Cook Book Award for the Best Indian Restaurant in Mumbai. With the opening of Tres a modern european restaurant with global flavours chef jatin has made his mark in the local dining scene, whilst at the same time building on his overall experience.
