An Alumni of The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Chef Jamsheed has vast experience in multiple aspects of food preparation and restaurant management. Jamsheed began he career with The Oberoi group of hotels working in their hotels all over India, as Senior kitchen executive and was part of the opening team of Trident Hyderabad. His passion for food and creativity took him to stage at various Michelin star restaurants, ranked amongst the top 10 restaurants in the United Kingdom. It is during these stages that he gained more insight into modern gastronomy. His métier is modern European with Asian influences, but is a keen baker and patissier as well. Jamsheed made the move to restaurants by taking up the post of Chef de cuisine for Specialty restaurants, and has now joined the team at Tres where he brings modern aspects of food preparation and intense love and passion to his cuisine, which makes even a simple dish, seem exotic.
