This singular inspiration led to the thought of creating a restaurant that assured the authenticity of the most favoured cuisine, in a memorable setting, making for an unforgettable dining experience.And thus was born Zanotta.
Amongst a numbered few in the city, the restaurant scores high for its location on the 6th floor, with a panoramic view to the city’s skyline, creating a perfect ambience for a marvellous dining experience.
Designed by Hersch Bedner Associates (HBA), the restaurant offers a formal seating arrangement for 80 guests, including semi-private dining sections.
Bathed in natural light, the restaurant is a showcase of balanced mix of colours, textures, and lighting.The restaurant has two private dining rooms with seating of 8 people in each with a large selection of over 1500 wines from around the world including Italy, France, California, Chile, and Germany.
Zanotta’s open kitchen layout is in keeping with the popularity of live interactive kitchens.
With a view that’s hard to come by in the capital, Zanotta’s large windows looking over the bustling Millennium City are a breath of fresh air. Their open kitchen is not far behind in casting a spell over you, along with the beautifully done ruby & pearl decor. The Italian Master Chef Leidy Liz Levitan Hernandez believes in using only the freshest of ingredients, with her fresh meats, pickles, breads, pastas, etc., displayed in large jars. And fresh, authentic Italian dishes is what you’re served, by a knowledgeable & attentive staff.
Leidy Liz Levitan Hernandez, our new Italian Master Chef is passionate, people oriented and dedicated towards her craft. Having travelled far and wide she has mastered her culinary skills and is now with us to serve our patrons with the most exquisite presentations.
She started her career in the beautiful Canary Islands, at Cleopatra Palace Mare Nostrum, as the Demi Chef. She worked in different restaurants and hotels in Spain learning and enhancing her skills, before moving on to Kuwait as the Chef de Cuisine at Cucina Restaurant Missoni Hotel. After her stint at Kuwait she moved to Jakarta and worked for a short period at the Negev Restaurants, before joining us.
Chef Leidy brings with her a bouquet of cultural learning and experience. After serving different hosts and delighting them with he
culinary skills she will now serve our guests with authentic Italian delicacies at Zanotta, The Leela Ambience Gurgaon.
