Starting his management career as a kitchen management trainee in the prestigious IHHR Hospitality, Chef Sumeet Priyadarshi developed his skills and later went on to become a Team associate for the same. He ventured out into many more restaurants where he honed his skills further. His journey continued with the award-winning restaurant Lido, and The Pink Poppadum, where his outstanding management qualities helped in garnering a host of awards and accolades.
He had a successful stint with Hyatt Bangalore and made a name for himself as he joined Hyatt Regency Kolkata. With his significant contributions to La Cucina, the award-winning Italian restaurant.
On 19th March, we celebrated Good France Project - 1000 chefs, 1000 menus 5 continents;
Chef Sumeet Priyadarshi represented Hyatt Regency Kolkata in the nation for the City of Joy! The specially crafted menu was thoroughly enjoyed by both the guests and the critics.
Recently Chef Sumeet’s magic in culinary affair reached to Ludhiana as well.
