About the Restaurant
Neel serves Hyderabadi, Awadhi and Kashmiri fare, or what can be summed up as “Nawabi Muslim cuisine". Neel has a menu comprising 30 non-vegetarian and 20 vegetarian kebabs. Other than that, the menu has a strong vegetarian section with dishes like chilgoze ka shorba (a thick soup made of pine nuts), Kashmiri seb ki sabzi (a curry made of Kashmiri apples), achari portobello mushrooms and gucchi ki biryani (rice cooked with morel mushrooms). Traditional slow cooked non-vegetarian preparations like Haleem, Nalli Nihari and Taar Korma promise to be potential favourites.
