Chef Rahul Dhavale

Rahul Dhavale has been recently appointed as the Executive Chef at The Westin Mumbai Garden City. He is responsible for the culinary operations, brand program, Quality and hygiene assurance, team building, business strategy for the Food & Beverage venues of the hotel which includes ‘Prego’ the finest Italian restaurant in Mumbai , ‘Kangan’ which is acclaimed for its breath taking north west frontier food, and ‘Seasonal Taste’ – all day dining venue and banquets.

Rahul was one of the few handpicked Hotel Management graduate to get enrolled for the masters degree in Culinary Art at the Oberoi Center of Learning & Development. Better like to be called as a ‘Food Artist’ Chef Rahul enjoys cooking Italian fair with the farm fresh produce and retain the original traits.
