About the Restaurant

At Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, San-Qi (the three energies) pulsates with the spirit of new Asia, offering an energetic dining experience in Mumbai that takes guests on an eclectic culinary adventure through some of the most popular cuisines of the East – Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Indian.

Sleek and contemporary, with accents of glass and natural woods, this food theatre/restaurant features the best of Asian dining, accompanied by a hip wine bar, trendy world music and new Indian jazz.

Linking the two floors is a dramatic staircase lined with wine racks. A small but impressive wine list includes the best of the old and new world wineries, including a hand-picked selection of Bordeaux and some of the best blends from emerging wine producers in the Nashik region of India. The extensive wine-by-the-glass list offers classified clarets and a unique selection from boutique wineries. Guests are guided through the options by a young and passionate team of wine butlers eager to show off their knowledge.

Chef Vikram Arora & Chef Seefah Ketchaiyo

Vikram Arora

The cultured one from Delhi brings to your plate a slice of India’s history - a perfect blend of old, new and quirky! Infused with all the courtly beauty, delicacy and exoticism of its regal legacy, Chef Vikram’s exquisite food will transport you back to the palaces of the Maharajas.

Seefah Ketchaiyo

Chef Seefah has been cooking since she was 10 and over two decades has perfected the art of demystifying the abundance of flavours from The Land of Smiles. Discover ancient techniques and innovative flavour combinations as you learn the balance of four Thai taste sensations - hot, sour, salty and sweet.

Chef Prachi will be available in the absence of Chef Seefah.
