About the Restaurant

The search for a new fresh innovative approach to food and drink that is healthy; scrumptious and international is now over. The Sassy Spoon opens its doors for lunch and dinner, at the landmark Express Towers, Nariman Point.

Follow the hot pink bicycle and you reach The Sassy Spoon – which offers a green plant filled outdoor seating as well as the very elegant interiors – both designed to be comfortable as well as chic.

The menu put together by Chef Irfan Pabaney and Chef Rachel Goenka boasts of offerings that one will not find anywhere else in the city – unusual combinations of flavours; twists on a traditional theme and surprising inspirations – across starters; soups; salads; a lighter lunch menu(including some delectable open faced sandwiches); mains and divine desserts. All paired with over 100 types of wines and other beverages.

Great attention has been taken to ensure the finest and the freshest produce – sourced daily from both local markets as well as international sources. Hand made pastas; freshly baked bread and other artisan techniques ensure the perfect taste experience. And sensible portions allow you to enjoy all phases of the perfect meal – from starters to our signature desserts. Combining the may years of experience of Chef Irfan Pabaney – gathered over assignments in Indigo and Hakkasan to name a few; with Chef Rachel Goenka’s rigorous training at Le Cordon Bleu and Rachel Allen’s Balleymaloe – The Sassy Spoon is perfect example of new age International cuisine.
