Chef Jankidas Vaishnav, Vegetarian Specialty Chef of Sofitel Mumbai BKC, brings over 12 years of Hospitality experience to his role at the Sofitel’s flagship property in India, the Sofitel Mumbai BKC. Born in Rajasthan, this passionate culinary lover started his career early with the support of his friend. Determined by nature, Chef Jankidas Vaishnav can cook up the perfect meal combining his ground-rooted experience with unique culinary design.
