His exciting career includes extensive experience, working with some of the most prestigious international hotels such as Hilton Towers, Gulf Hotel, Grand Hyatt in Singapore, and Oberoi hotels.Having achieved The Best Chinese Chef Award in the Times Food Guide 2003, Chef Wong maintained his position of prestige and won the Best Multi- cuisine Chef in the Times Food Guide 2005.
