About The Restaurant

Walk in through a cluster of date palm trees into an al fresco dining area that exudes Mediterranean charm.... you’ve already been transported 4000 miles away.

Otto Infinito is a Mediterranean restaurant whose cuisine, ambience and attitude embody the eight countries within the Mediterranean region that it represents - France, Italy, Lebanon, Tunisia, Spain, Greece, Turkey and Morocco. An easy dining restaurant, that showcases the flavours of the Mediterranean region, open from 08:00 a.m. till 12:30 a.m is ideal for a laid back meal whilst enjoying the sense of community over a leisurely repast.

The restaurant moulds itself through the day to accommodate the changing needs of the diner and shifts seamlessly from breakfast to a light and casual lunch to a leisurely and laid back dinner. Only the theme continues: the flavours of the Mediterranean region. The ambience, food and service styles change as the day progresses to adapt to these evolving needs.

Otto Infinito – 8 to the power of infinity - Captures the infinite range of the Mediterranean from 8 a.m. onwards.

The clean, uncluttered ambience of the restaurant marries perfectly with its simple and uncomplicated cooking style. Bottocino marble flooring and mustard hued Travertine counters are highlighted by artefacts, teak chairs and blue topped tables. The large table at the entrance is a harbinger of what one should expect at Otto Infinito – a meal centred around food, conversation, laughter and friends and family.

Intimate tables and individual niches allow guests privacy while the low lounge seating encourages casual conversation and gatherings. The leather upholstery on the banquettes ensures comfortable seating through your visit at Otto Infinito. Patrons dine enveloped by the smell of freshly baked bread.

Otto Infinito is a relaxed charming place to get together and enjoy a leisurely meal. The team encourages you to come for a meal and stay on for the fun!

The menu at Otto Infinito brings together the best of various regions within the Mediterranean including France, Italy, Lebanon, Tunisia, Greece, Turkey and Morocco amongst others. The menu includes traditional dishes such as Turkish kebabs, grilled fish in olive oil and Italian lemon, kofte tagine, a variety of pizzas and pastas as well as contemporary dishes such as chorizo ravioli, truffle tuna carpaccio and beetroot risotto.

Mediterranean Cuisine is characterized by its flexibility and range of ingredients and regional variations.

The consistent thread between all the cuisines is the freshness of flavours, the home style recipes, the local and fresh fish, seafood and vegetables and the lightness of the cuisine. All the fish, seafood and vegetables at Otto Infinito are locally sourced and are served fresh. Most of the recipes at Otto Infinito are based on traditional family recipes from the region and represent comfort food from the region.

The Mediterranean region is known for its effusive hospitality and food forms an integral part of the culture and many conversations take place overlong and leisurely meals. The flavours are clean and simple without the extensive use of oil, butter and cream. The chefs at Otto Infinito adhere to these traditions.
