Kitchen Party is a single ticketed event to be held on September 22nd at Olive Bar & Kitchen, Mehrauli. For the evening, attendees will get the opportunity to access part or whole of the kitchen areas and interact with Olive’s head chef - Sabyasachi Gorai - as well as three guest chefs (Vikram Khatri from Ai, Manish Mehrotra from Indian Accent and Guillermo Hidalgo from Food & Wines from Spain). The chefs will be dishing out hors d’oeuvres all evening and one can interact with them while they are cooking, ask them about what/how they are making and even extract their recipe secrets! By involving other chefs, including additional guest chefs who won’t be cooking, this gives anyone interested in food an opportunity to interact informally with prominent figures in the culinary scene in Delhi.
